It is the endeavor of TNH to provide a strong management team throughout both the preconstruction and construction phases. TNH’s strength in the preconstruction phase is being able to work with the owner and design team in providing appealing products in combine with cost effective structural arrangement and value engineering idea. Once construction proceeds, a project team makes up of an experienced project manager and finance manager will direct the on-site building process & financing.
